What this job involves
We’re looking for a personable and proactive Concierge to join our team onsite at International Towers in Barangaroo You will be responsible for providing end-to-end customer service through each interaction, this includes creating a welcoming and professional service within the building.
This role works a rotating roster between 7:00am - 7:30pm, Monday - Friday.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings
Provide assistance and direction according to the customer request
Assume responsibility for all Front of House areas ensuring they are always presentable. Report anything which requires attention
Be the ultimate host/co-host of community engagement events and initiatives, as required
Attend building events, meetings and training days as requested by building management

If you're a self-starter, goal oriented and love building client relationships then this is the role for you You've got excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace meeting all performance targets. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.
