**About the Role**:
We currently have an opportunity for a Client Service Manager to join our client service team in Melbourne. In this role you will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters and internal personnel
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Cross selling of all NCI products
- Ensure retention and renewal of business at the end of the policy period
