Job description

365 Facilities Management great opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join our team to oversee contracts. The primary responsibility of the Client Services Manager (CSM) will be to maintain and manage the relationships with the Client and team members on our client sites.

About the role

As the CSM you are the Client liaison as well as the staff trainer, mentor and leader. You will ensure work is always undertaken within approved budgets and seek new business opportunities to enhance your client relationships.

You will maintain strong control over your site budgets and provide regular reporting to the Operations Manager ensuring communication is always open and transparent. Administration work required in this role including managing time & attendance logs for payroll purposes and therefore we are looking for someone who has the required skills in this area as well as previous experience in a management capacity.

What we are looking for

A background in the facilities management area in particular commercial cleaning services
Previous experience in managing site/s at the Client’s location
Strong experience with administrative tasks, IT savvy and hands-on capability
Ability to process time & attendance logs for payroll purposes
Ability to lead a team and excellent staff management skills
Reliable, passionate and ability to deliver results with limited direction
Commercially astute and have the capability to critically analyse data and information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide a high standard of service and great client relationship skills
A high level of computer skills is required
Personal grooming and dress standard is important as you are on the Client’s site as the 365FM representative
High level of WHS knowledge and ability to manage and assess risks and hazards and ensure all safety procedures are adhered to
Ability to work flexible hours if required.
