Melbourne- Ancillary Areas- PermanentOur client is a well-established and growing financial services/registry business looking for a hands on Client Services Manager to join their team.
The Client Services Manager will manage the delivery of the day-to-day administration of unit trusts/funds whilst developing and maintaining a strong business relationship with a portfolio of clients by being the main point of contact for the client to the registry.
The role of a Client Services Manager is to consistently provide excellent customer service and support to clients, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organisation to ensure quality. A Client Services Manager should identify opportunities to assist the client’s needs by offering the full range of products and services
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Understanding the business’ capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to clients
- Work closely with the Team Leader, Unit Trust Administration to develop and maintain fund checklists for accurate processing and validation
- Regularly meet with portfolio of clients in person reviewing their register, services and any investor projects.
- The ability to professionally liaise with Clients, Investors and Advisors and respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), exceed client’s expectations
- Ensuring all client registry reports are carried out in a timely and accurate manner per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
- Effective and accurate co-ordination and communication associated with allotments, redemptions, distributions, Adviser Service Fees, periodic statements, quarterly reports and ad-hoc communications to investors and advisers.
- Project manage and execute where required client Distributions, e-communications and meeting
- Identify, recommend and collaborate with the Head of listed Services for training gaps, improvements to processes and team development
- Provide support, training, guidance and back up to other team members as required.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure all daily deadlines are met
