We have a newly created position available for an Administration Officer to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW.

This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for supporting the maintenance planning management system, safety systems to support the inventory management of the plant as well as involvement in continues improvement projects.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- implementation, administration, maintenance and continual improvement of site management systems, policies, procedures, and safe systems of work
- support HSEQ process improvement projects and compliance for the Wetherill Park site.
- assist with maintenance planning
- inventory management of onsite stores
- maintain activities contained in the site HSEQ schedules.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and actively participate in on-site Safety, Continuous Improvement and technical training, induction programs and other on-site activities.
- Strong computer literacy skills applied within a workplace environment
- Ability to work as a team and respect diversity within the workplace
- Self motivated and committed to efficiency
- Previous experience with maintenance work plans and systems (MEX) desirable
