**Project Team Lead** to join our site team based in Pinjarra.

**About the role**
- Develop and report on Project schedule to identify and mitigate schedule delivery risks
- Accountable for cost control and management of Projects against budget and cost estimates
- Review and plan the project to ensure technical aspects of the job are aligned with contractual arrangements
- Focal point for all technical based queries for associated subcontractors / suppliers and client
- Ensure a safe working condition is present for all employees, contractors and visitors

**About you**
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Proven leadership experience
- Proactively seek to continuously improve performance, deliverables and work efficiencies
- Excellent conflict resolution and high attention to detail
- Must be customer focused, team orientated, accountable and results driven
- Display a positive approach to safety
