Job Title: Squad Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Squad Team Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met. You will be expected to provide guidance, support and motivation to your team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of staff, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.
  • To provide guidance, support and motivation to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • To ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
  • To perform other duties as may be required from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of six months experience in a management role.
  • Sales experience is highly desirable.
  • A proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Experience with cash handling and EFTPOS operations.
  • Strong complaint resolution skills and approachability.
  • An ability to perform well under pressure.
  • A commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • A current First Aid Certificate from a nationally recognized training provider.
  • A valid Working with Childrens Check.
  • To be at least 18 years of age.

Benefits:

This is a casual position, with the possibility of leading to a permanent role for the right candidate. The successful applicant will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this position will vary, but may include afternoon shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, on-call shifts, public holidays and weekend availability.

Location:

The work location for this position will be in person.
