Plumbing and Gas Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Gas Team Leader to oversee our plumbing and gas services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing in-house and contracted tradespersons, ensuring our facilities and structures are well-maintained and functional.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of plumbing and gas tradespersons, including scheduling and prioritizing work responsibilities.
- Develop and implement plans for plumbing and gas works, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project management and coordination.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting customer expectations and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Building, or associated discipline.
- Valid and current Plumbing Contractor's Licence issued by the relevant authorities.
- Construction Safety Induction Card.
- Current unrestricted C-class motor vehicle licence.
- Working at Heights Ticket or willingness to obtain.
- Strong awareness and knowledge of safety issues related to equipment operation in busy environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and manage conflict.
- Project management and contract management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
