Store Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Business Manager to join our retail team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a large successful team, inspire them to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business results.

In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. You will also be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of your store, maximising sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.

  • Lead a team of 30+ members to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profit earnings
  • Manage store operations effectively, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

You will work closely with our retail team to ensure seamless execution of store operations and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior retail management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, pricing, and promotions
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management

You should have a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced retail environment and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
