**The Opportunity**:
We seeking an Australian-qualified litigation lawyer with solid class actions experience to join the Sydney office of an international Environmental, Social and corporate Governance (ESG) focused business.

Working with this litigation funder, you will be directly assisting the business in holding companies and businesses to account for their non-compliance with ESG criteria.

The ideal applicants will have between 2-6 years PQE within a highly regarded national or international practice, demonstrated class actions experience and a strong academic record.

Responsibilities of this post will include
- Undertaking due diligence
- Drafting commercial terms
- Preparing and presenting investment options to the Investment Advisory Panel
- Taking an active role in marketing and business development by working with the M&BD team.

**The Requirements**:

- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution, preferably class actions
- Excellent research, writing skills and academic track record;
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and project management skills
- Good organisational skills and experience in transaction management;
- Excellent client relationship skills
