Lead Member Service teams with skills gained from a previous operational management role within a large volume business.
A challenging, busy, growing role is available for an established Service Manager to join the ranks of this leading financial services firm.
**Responsibilities**
- Create high performing team to ensure SLA's are met, including motivation, development and engagement of employees
- Partner with leadership team
- Drive strategic direction and continuous improvement
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ensure all teams work within the agreed operating model and all decisions are made within agreed limits
- Deliver on customer centric solutions as part of wider strategy
- Work efficiently in a complex environment with strict deadlines
- Ensure compliance with agreed procedures, addressing and managing quality assurance consistently
- Develop a risk management culture including strategy development
- Ensure total compliance with statutory regulations
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of superannuation / member services including legislation and best practice
- Solid experience in operational management as part of a large volume business
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven success building high performing teams to deliver on SLA's and targets
- Lead the way in supporting change and process improvement
- Noted commercial acumen
- Applaudable communication skills and strategic thinking
- An analytical mind with a customer focus
