Reward Co-Lab is a growing specialist HR Remuneration consultancy based in Melbourne. We service a major Financial Services client and also provide independent remuneration consulting to members and clients.

We value co-labbing in the physical space. Our expectation is that this role will be up to 5 days a week in the office. Immediate start for the right candidate.

We are seeking a full-time Member Services and Business Manager to fill a varied role with a range of responsibilities, including:

  1. Responding to member and client inquiries, same day via online or by phone
  2. Website and CRM administration, maintenance, and reporting (WordPress experience is ideal)
  3. Member administration including invoicing
  4. Drafting and creating reports in Word and PowerPoint, including drafting and publishing member communications
  5. Contributing to project delivery and administration, including member event coordination
  6. Liaison with external suppliers and stakeholders
  7. Coordinating Board / Committee meetings and minutes
  8. Diary management and travel arrangements
  9. Providing executive support to the Chief Member Officer

You will thrive if you are curious, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of numeracy, attention to detail, initiative, and a consultative mindset.

Must have experience using WordPress (ideal), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
