**This is a Permanent FULL-TIME role based in SYDNEY.**

**Enough about us What you’ll do as a Technical Data Analyst**:
As a Technical Data Analyst within our International Streaming business's Data and Analytics team, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating data-driven decision-making by generating insights and analytics.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Content, Finance, and Partnerships teams to address their daily operational requirements, such as developing and implementing automated analytical solutions, generating ad-hoc reports, and conducting analysis.
- Collaborating with central technology teams and data engineers to develop and oversee solutions for monitoring performance metrics relevant to the Australian business.
- Partnering with the central analytics team to engage in projects specific to consumer behavior modeling, predictive analysis, A/B testing, and other initiatives tailored to the Australian streaming business or supporting the broader international streaming organisation.
- Enhancing our internal data science capabilities through ongoing innovation, technology development, and training initiatives.

**What are we looking for in this Business Analyst role? What’s important?**
- Minimum 2 years of experience using data manipulation tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
- Proficiency in DBT, Snowflake/Redshift.
- Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Familiarity with Visualization software, preferably Tableau, etc.
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills for extracting insights and making recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along the resilience in navigating cross-functional organizations.
- Bonus points for:

- Domain knowledge of the media/streaming sector.
- Experience in digital, media, subscriptions, consulting, or telco environments.
- Proficiency in using Alteryx.
