They seek a Store Support Analyst to join their exciting team within their brand new modernised Pyrmont office. Deliver end-to-end support, development and testing of this large retailers' POS system and ensure to provide high-quality software and technical support to stores whilst working in a dynamic team.

**About the role**

**About you**
To be considered for this role you will have the following attributes:

- Knowledge of Point of Sales systems
- Crystal report and SQL server knowledge
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience within software & technical retail support / troubleshooting
- Ability to work cross functionally with stakeholders across all levels within a business
