My client is a reputable leading business in their field, we are looking for a passionate finance professional to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

Sydney CBD based office | hybrid working available | up to $70,000 + super (experience dependent).

**This role is a newly created position, you will be working closely with the wider finance**
**team,**
**and you will have full training and guidance.**

**Key duties**:

- Preparing daily bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in receipts, disbursements, and settlements reporting
- Liaise with stakeholders to see through reconciliation issue resolution
- Ensuring escalation procedures are followed in a timely manner
- Review daily reporting from settlement partner
- Adhoc additional finance duties

**Experience required**:

- 2+ years working in a similar role (Reconciliation focused)
- Payments / FS / Banking experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Able to build relationships and engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
