About the opportunity.

In this role you will work closely with our CBD1 team in delivering exemplary customer service and effectively managing a portfolio of commercial assets by performing a mixture of leasing and property management tasks.

You might be an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Junior Property Manager from the commercial industry who is ready to take full advantage of this chance for succession planning, personal growth, and development.

A snapshot of the day-to-day duties.
Liaising with landlords/ tenants being a key point of contact

Managing leasing arrangements and critical dates

Property inspections

Reporting

Attending internal/ external meetings

Maintenance of the financial and legal aspects of the portfolio using the JLL Property Management system

Authorising accounts and invoices for payment

Working closely with colleagues to maximise the efficiency of your portfolio and implementing future process improvements

What are we looking for.

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated property professional, and hold a strong attention to detail. You also have knowledge of the commercial market with good financial acumen and exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.

Property Management is no longer just collecting rent and writing monthly reports -it’s about building communities; finding innovate ways to activate buildings; creating new spaces for collaboration; building landlords of choice; incentivising tenants in their fight for quality; initiating important conversations about ESG and sustainability; becoming the essential eyes and ears for our stakeholders and setting a path for their investments to reach their full potential.
