**Job Description**:
Join Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort as a casual Maintenance Officer. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

2 shifts available per week including a Saturday shift.

Mon - Fri hourly rate: $29.40
Sat hourly rate: $35.28
Sun hourly rate: $41.16

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

**Qualifications**:
**Successful applicants will have**:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications.
