**About the role**:
Home Care Workers are a vital part of our community, based at our
**Cleveland service, **this great career opportunity, offers job security in a growing industry. Home Care Workers provide valuable care and support that assist our older population to live their best lives in their own homes.

Based in the commu-nity you will enjoy consistency working with regular clients, developing relationships while providing care and support based on each client's individual needs.

Some of the duties are: assisting with personal grooming and hygiene, medication assistance, transport, social inclusion and domestic duties as required.

- Above award rates Casual $32.77 - $34.04 per hour, Permanent $26.21- $27.23 per hour

**Requirements**:

- A practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment of care
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Disability Services or similar field
- National Police Certificate (working with vulnerable people)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
- Hepatitis B & Tetanus immunisations
- Queensland Drivers Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
