**About the role**:
Join our NSW/ACT team as a Validation Specialist based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. Our goal is to provide healthcare professionals with innovative infection prevention solutions that help increase efficiency, improve outcomes, and help reduce the risk of Hospital Acquired Infections. You will interact with a variety of clinical settings including Central Sterilising and Endoscopy Departments.

**What you will do**:

- Manage the process of validating equipment to all relevant Standards
- Prepare validation reports and partner with your customer base and colleagues, building relationships through your professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
- Ensure all validation equipment and processes are in place with relevant training provided
- Work closely with your colleagues to maximise opportunities within our customer base
- Partner with customers to implement best practices to fight hospital-acquired infections

**Minimum qualifications**:

- A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Flexibility for overnight travel as some travel will be required

**Preferred background**:

- Proven previous experience in Validation Management
- Experience in the Healthcare and/or Life Science arena
- Attention to detail: Happy working to deliver process driven and structured outcomes
- Customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and devise customer solutions
- Self-motivated with effective organizational/time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
