Our Electrical Construction business is a specialist provider of design and construct services in the commercial, industrial and housing sector. With a proven track record in the industry, the business is one of Queensland’s largest and longest serving electrical construction providers.

**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a
**Housing Administrator** to join our Electrical Construction - Housing team based at our Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office.

**The Role**
- Administrative support to the Residential Housing Division Project Mangers including:

- overseeing set up of jobs in accounting software
- Prepare folders for jobs - electronic
- Mark up plans for electrical scope using Bluebeam software
- Liaise with clients and builders
- Raising invoices to clients
- Creating Purchase Orders and tracking job costs

**And a bit about you**

Are you the person CV needs? If you can answer yes to the points below, you just might be:

- Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative and organisational support
- Previous experience in electrical construction project administration desirable
- Self-starter who can work autonomously
- Competent using the Microsoft suite of programs
- High level organisational and planning skills, as well as a great eye for detail
- Professional with adaptable communication skills
- Excellent relationship skills and a great team player
- Bluebeam experience preferred, but not essential
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
