- Knowledge and taste of manufacturing processes and supply chain
- Familiarity with fixed plant maintenance and troubleshooting
- Continuous improvement focus
- Forklift licence
- Drivers’ licence
- Trade Qualifications will be of significant advantage
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions
- Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to learn
- Good physical fitness
