We're currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where your compliance expertise and production management skills can make a real impact.

About the Role

As Production Manager, you'll be responsible for the full scope of manufacturing operations – from planning and resource allocation to packaging and delivery.
You'll ensure all processes run efficiently, meet regulatory requirements, and align with company goals.

This role requires a leader who can balance compliance and quality with efficiency. You'll supervise a production team, implement and enforce SOPs, liaise closely with the Quality Assurance team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

What We're Looking For


• Minimum 8 years' experience in production management within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another GMP-regulated industry


• Strong knowledge of GMP standards, TGA requirements, and quality-driven operations


• A confident leader who can mentor, train, and develop high-performing teams


• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Degree-qualified in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise processes


• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel


• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to compliance and safety
