They genuinely value, recognise and show appreciation to their staff (whilst treating everyone with dignity & respect) and provide opportunities for career development and progression. **THE ROLE** This position reports to the Manager of Lending Operations. The primary purpose of this role is to action settlements for loans as required this encompassing preparing loan documentation in accordance with credit approvals, statutory legislation and company policies, and settling all transactions within a timely manner. This position will also be responsible for escalating issues around disputed or ambiguous approval conditions to the Team Leader for resolution and reference to internal credit departments as required; ensuring all internal/external, regulatory and legislative requirements are satisfied, including Privacy, Anti-Money Laundering & ACCC etc. **Duties include and are not limited to the following**: - Confirm and check all loan documentation complies and is in order with the Checklists and Application Conditions - Notify Brokers of any irregularities and follow up outstanding documents - Accurately complete transaction data input to ensure correct entry of new business onto receivables system - Prepare documents, as required, in accordance with credit approval, statutory legislations and company policies - Settle all transactions in accordance with credit approval and in line with company Policies and Procedures - Support management with the ongoing development of National Broker relationships through effective and courteous communication - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and internal training programs as directed - Participate in team meetings and performance reviews - Provide positive communication with customers, peers and other team members within the organisation **To be considered for these positions, applicants will need to satisfy the following key selection criteria**: - Possess “Full Working Rights” - as a Citizen, Permanent Resident or with an appropriate Visa permitting “Unlimited Work Rights” with **NO RESTRICTIONS**: - Have the ability to satisfy requisite background checks, including Police Clearance - Formal qualifications and/or relevant training in Banking or Financial Services - Desirable - Prior customer service and/or financial service experience - Highly Regarded - Understanding the importance of responsible lending obligations - Desirable - Possess well developed “customer service skills”, supported by strong interpersonal attributes and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals - Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Possess Strong computer skills, with the ability to pick up systems quickly and embrace training - Possess well developed oral & written communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and unambiguous manner - Have an inquisitive and analytical nature/mindset with a high-level problem-solving ability - Be outcome oriented with a customer centric mindset **WHAT’S ON OFFER** On offer to attract suitably experienced OR emerging talent (exhibiting the necessary attributes), are attractive salary packages which will be negotiated in line with your level of fit against the key selection criteria.
