What’s Brewing? As our Cafe Supervisor, you'll be assisting the captain of our cozy ship, steering our team toward excellence and ensuring every cup is filled with love.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) includes:

- Leading a Rock-Star Team: Motivate, train, and inspire our baristas and staff to deliver top-notch service with a smile.
- Crafting Perfect Cups: Oversee the creation of our delicious beverages and scrumptious treats, ensuring every order is a masterpiece.
- Creating a Vibe: Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel like they're at their second home. Your energy sets the tone
- Keeping it Smooth: Manage daily operations, handle inventory, and keep our café running like a well-oiled espresso machine.
- Customer Happiness Guru: Go above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a craving to return.

What You Bring to the Table:

- A love for coffee and people in equal measure.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
- Stellar communication and leadership skills.
- A knack for multitasking and problem-solving.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
