Is a dynamic and forward-thinking Federal government agency responsible for implementation of digital health initiatives focused on the betterment of Australian people. With a strong commitment to digital transformation, our client are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the team on a long-term contract.

**Your New Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a team tasked with the delivery of multiple digital health projects. You'll also work closely with an established team of Product Managers/Directors/General Managers to understand strategic vision & how they relate to said projects.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Experience in healthcare or digital health project and program delivery.
- Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects, working in both waterfall & agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, designers, testers, and developers.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
