**What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Enablement: Collaborate with senior leadership to refine plans, ensuring alignment with BU and Group Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Orchestrating Quarterly Planning: Ensure seamless integration with Group cadences, fostering transparency and accountability throughout the quarterly delivery cycle.
- Transformation Delivery: Serve as a trusted transformation partner, collaborating closely with delivery teams and leaders to unlock potential and accelerate progress.
- Operating Model Optimization: Facilitate the design, development, and implementation of optimised operating models that support agile ways of working.Strategic Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption of new initiatives

**What you'll bring:
As a transformation business partner is required to have a broader range of capabilities beyond just technical and soft skills. The role is multifaceted, demanding a blend of strategic, operational, and interpersonal capabilities to drive and sustain change effectively.
- You are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving change and transformation.You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
