**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically manage and expand rental property portfolios, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong tenant relationships, expertly negotiating lease agreements and resolving issues with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Implement targeted social media strategies to attract and engage potential landlords and tenants.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to enhance processes and elevate the overall tenant experience.
- Ability to handle pressure and problem-solving skills.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated experience in rental property management, with a minimum of one year in the field.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills, particularly in tenant relations and lease management.
- Ability to handle pressure and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the rental real estate market, with a preference for experience in managing residential properties.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple properties and tenant inquiries.

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Schedule**:

- 5 days per week, including Saturday.

- Real estate: Minimum 1 year (required)
