**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the L&D Operations Manager, the L&D Operations Lead will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the efficient administration of L&OD programs for our business. This includes the development of training calendars; course scheduling; coordination of programs; providers, reporting and administration.
Working as part of a national team, this hands on leadership role will work closely with the L&OD Leadership team to ensure the forward planning, organisation, delivery, evaluation and reporting of a range of programs. This role has a strong focus on developing and improving processes, leading a team through a significant period of growth and change.
Key to success, is the ability to work in fast-paced environment; providing clear direction, support and advice achieving the delivery of outstanding customer service. Having a can do attitude with strong influencing and relationship building skills will enable you to thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment.
The Operations lead role is key to the successful delivery of our L&D programs. This role provides you with the opportunity to make a real difference to our organisational performance, our ability to recruit, develop capability and retain talent.
**Responsibilities**
- Accountable for the planning, scheduling, co-ordination and administration of programs nationally
- Overseeing LMS administration, ensuring an exceptional user experience with quality communications
- Engagement with key internal and external stakeholders to execute on Program Delivery
- Oversee the ongoing identification and development of vendor engagement
- Supporting leaders and employees accessing our L&D systems and tools
- Providing leadership and support to our operational support team
- Proven experience developing and delivering timely reporting - financial, budgetary and contractual
- Manage training resources including training facilities, materials, trainer engagement - including but not limited to securing approvals for site access.
**About you**
You will be able to demonstrate experience leading a high volume delivery team, with a proactive and highly driven professional attitude. Your ability to engage and influence key internal and external stakeholders will be second to none. You will be a natural team player with the ability to effectively collaborate with a virtual and geographically dispersed workforce.
Applicants with a qualification in Business, Learning, Human Resource, psychology or related fields will be highly regarded.
