Your contribution
Using your understanding and experience in Information Technology, you will:

- lead the transformation of ITI infrastructure services to enable business units to leverage Cloud technology offerings securely and effectively
- lead QLeave's cyber security framework including achieving the annual Information Security Management System attestation
- ensure QLeave's digital governance provides best practice cyber security and information protection in the prevailing and emerging threat environment
- manage, maintain and continually improve corporate reporting, data insights and analytics, data governance framework and standards for ITI services
- work with executive and senior organisational leaders to optimise overall data governance, including data capture and retention, and data reporting
- support line areas and the executive team for reporting against strategic and operational performance metrics
- optimise QLeave's digital business resilience and disaster recovery capability
- develop and implement QLeave's digital strategy and ITI roadmap
- ensure compliance with corporate records governance requirements
- monitor emerging trends, identify long-term opportunities and align solutions to strategic priorities
- build team capability through mentoring and developing a high performing team committed to achieving results
- ensure that QLeave has a contemporary, capable and responsive service desk function to support business needs
- be a key stakeholder and advisor in respect of significant information technology improvement projects.

- use excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively implement and manage successful vendor and external provider partnerships and contracts
- ensure the ITI team's services are delivering to QLeave expectations and service targets and applicable whole of Government ICT policies, strategies and direction
- provide high level quality advice to executive management, influencing the effectiveness of QLeave's business
- manage ITI systems, project and operational governance and compliance
- demonstrate that you have a history of delivery of beneficial operational outcomes in equivalent roles that support the achievement of organisational objectives.
