**About the role | Fixed term contract (6 months)**
This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your administration skills and help make a difference to the safety and wellbeing of our employees.
As part of our Safety Health and Wellbeing team you will assist Greater Bank to comply with workplace health and safety legislation, codes of practice, regulations and standards.

**What we’re looking for?**
A delivery focused team player with strong administrative skills, along with the following experience:
- Ability to manage workloads in a busy environment within agreed timeframes
- High attention to detail working in a highly proactive manner
- Competent MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Certificate IV or equivalent in a relevant field such as WHS and RTW Coordinator certificate (highly regarded)
- Knowledge or awareness of WHS legislative environment (highly regarded)
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe environment for contractors, employees, and visitors
- Assist with incident and hazard management, WHS risk management, auditing, inspections and investigations
- Support the division to manage day to day workflow
- Perform administrative duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Accurately create and prepare reports and correspondence while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by the line manager and business unit
