As our Production Coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Manufacturing Manager and other key departments to manage production schedules, coordinate materials, and optimise workflows. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.
This role would also suit someone who has worked as a Team Leader within a manufacturing environment and looking to improve their skillset or portfolio.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in a Production Planning role or Team Leader role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Great communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
