JLW Interiors is on the hunt for a talented, hands-on Tradesman to take charge on-site and deliver top-tier commercial fitouts across NSW.

Full-time, permanent role (no subcontractors)Rostered Days Off (RDOs) includedLong-term stability in a growing companySupportive team culture and high-spec projects.

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Hands-on carpentry on commercial interior projects across NSW
- Reading and working from detailed plans and construction drawings
- Leading and coordinating with team members and subcontractors
- Solving challenges on the go and making decisions on-site
- Delivering consistent, high-quality workmanship
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive site

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven carpentry experience (_commercial fitout experience ideal_)
- Ability to lead a team or work independently when needed
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your workmanship
- Experience installing doors, door frames, and working with aluminium
- Valid driver’s licence
- Your own tools (preferred)

- Carpentry: 5 years (required)
