Our Mission is to promote the dignity, life and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities. **About the Role**: Reporting to the Residential Manager and with a team of indirect housekeeping reports, this role will be responsible for: - Coordinating, monitoring and providing a range of hospitality services, including laundry and cleaning, to enhance the quality of life for our residents. - Acting as a "buddy" to new members of the hospitality team to assist them become familiar with the home and requirements of the role. - Conducting regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and safety of the home and address any issues promptly.
