The primary purpose of the Employee Induction Coordinator (Operations) is to ensure the successful onboarding and integration of new staff into the operational teams, in order to support the teams to maintain a high standard of care, to enhance our values and service clients across the four, telehealth-based consumer brands - Better Living, Just Home Care Packages, Happy Living and Let’s Get Care; serving 10000+ consumers.

**As the Employee Induction Coordinator, you will**:

- Lead the ongoing design and delivery of our divisional employee induction program, which includes coordination of induction program, scheduling of presenters and shared delivery of content
- Work with managers to facilitate successful integration of new employees, predominately our Care Managers, within their brand and team.
- Monitor learning performance and provide observations on new team member capability to retrospective managers to highlight key coaching and development areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of induction and training programs in order to plan future programs or amend existing ones
- Ownership of our care management manual to ensure the accuracy and currency of content in-line with required operating policies and procedures.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Experience in training content creation and facilitation, including needs assessment
- Understanding of complex customer service environments
- Ideally experienced in the health or aged care sector
- The right to work in Australia.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
