- Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a
- **Commercial Property Solicitor (English qualified)** to join a renowned law firm in either Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle or Leeds. This role is permanent
- This firm has been established for a number of years and has grown from strength to strength. It is known not only for its Legal 500 rankings but also for its friendly and collaborative work culture.
- The team deal with a broad range of commercial property work and service an enviable client base including but not limited to hotels, industrial, retail and student accommodations.
- You will have conduct of your own caseload and assist other fee-earners and partners where requested
- You will deal with matters such as acquisitions and disposals, development and leasing and financing.
- You will take instructions and negotiate with other lawyers
- You will assist with business development

About You- You will have a LL.B Law degree
- Experience in commercial property but open on PQE
- You will have a passion for commercial property work
- Work well as part of a team
