Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your property career? Are you an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking to make a career move into Commercial Property Management? We seek to appoint a Property Manager to be based in our Newcastle office.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
  • Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or industrial property.
  • Tertiary qualification (Property specialisation preferred but not essential).
  • Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency..
