**About the Role**:
This is a critical role leading the Powercor, CitiPower and United Energy Customer Connections team, working at a senior level and with various internal and external stakeholders.

As the Customer Connections Manager, you will use your previous experience managing in customer connections, design, construction or similar, to drive and lead this team ensuring success in the overall Customer Connections processes from end to end.

This includes the ability to ensure the overall capability of the team is operating at optimal level, and that value is added through strategic initiatives, commercial decision making, and process improvement plans and projects.

This role is also heavily focused on developing and maintaining the client relationships and service level agreements with internal and external service providers and customers. Knowing how to effectively communicate and engage with these key stakeholders to ensure optimal operational outcome is critical. As is the ability to be agile and able to instil a culture of best practice and fit for purpose capabilities.

**What you will bring**:

- Previous solid working experience in the power industry areas of connection, design and/or construction / operations
- Solid previous experience in customer service, managing and leading a team in a complex environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to innovate, and deliver optimal operational outcomes
- Strong skills in commercial acumen, forecasting and budgeting, with the ability to improve process and work on change management initiatives
- Experience managing a high performing team with the ability to work within and understand regulatory obligations
