Details regarding the role
You will lead end-to-end, full ecosystem planning across Team X capabilities (paid, owned, and earned) for Mercedes Benz Australia.
Work closely with CX, analytics, social and paid media colleagues to deliver exceptional marketing excellence for Mercedes Benz
**The day-to-day responsibilities**:As the Integrated Connections Planning Lead you will**:

- Responsible for planning through-the-line campaigns for Mercedes Benz across owned, earned, and paid media
- Responsible for mapping the consumer journey through all channels across owned, earned, and paid
- Work closely with Analytics team to ensure outputs of our measurement, data, and modelling is incorporated into effective planning
- Work closely with CX team to reflect planned earned and owned activity through 1:1 journeys and CRM
- Connect across creative business development team, the media team, and the various disciplines of Clemenger Group and Omnicom Media Group
- Identify opportunities to create efficiencies, connections, and cohesion across the various parts of the TeamX business
- Report into the Team X Managing Partner to support integration across Team X
- Lead and manage the outputs of the planning team across all channels

**What you'll need**:

- You demonstrate an ability to build strong client relationships, founded in human connection
- You can navigate multiple stakeholders across client teams, and engage people appropriately at all levels of seniority
- Able to exercise your extensive knowledge of Auto and Luxury categories
- You are solutions-oriented and always eager to explore new ways to solve existing problems or challenges
- You lead by example because you know your stuff and you're in amongst it.
- You don't ask people to do things you wouldn't do yourself. And you have the balance to know when to step back and let your team members take the reins.
- You will make it your mission to understand what motivates the individuals within your team
- You will have a keen eye and always have one ear open to spot any pressure points within the team
- You know exactly what you're doing in the planning space, pulling together your experience across owned, earned, and paid planning disciplines
- You have a deep grasp of customer journeys and experience in concisely and clearly mapping journeys in a way that is meaningful to clients
- You are instinctively collaborative and work best when pulling in multiple viewpoints and expertise
- You back yourself and defend your ideas with courage, but without ego
- You know the power of slick process, and delight in implementing and improving processes for your team
- You are always focused on business outcomes for the client, and understand how effective team management and great work can contribute to growth for our agency and our clients
- You enjoy getting your hands on the tools of our trade, and dive into any training or opportunity to extend your knowledge
