Step into the world of luxury with Christian Louboutin — the iconic fashion house celebrated for its signature red soles and timeless elegance. We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Boutique Manager** to lead the operations of our high-end retail boutique.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail leader with a passion for fashion, proven team management skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring efficient workflows and an elevated in-store experience.
- Lead and mentor the retail team to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and service standards.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and store presentation aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Manage stock levels and product availability, working closely with head office and the National Retail Director to provide insights on purchasing, best-sellers, and localised inventory needs.
- Collaborate with the National Retail Director on sales planning, financial budgeting, and overall business performance reviews.
- Implement stock strategy and product mix decisions, utilising store-level feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Monitor financial performance, control expenditure, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with the National Retail Director.
- Resolve escalated client concerns and manage VIP client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
- Ensure all operations comply with company procedures, WHS regulations, and internal policies.
- Analyse competitor activity and fashion trends to support local store performance and brand positioning.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- **Minimum qualification**: An AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Associate Degree in a relevant field.
- Qualifications in fashion, retail management, or marketing are highly regarded, given the nature of the brand and product range._
Applicants without formal qualifications may still be considered if they have at least three years of relevant experience in retail management, ideally within a premium or boutique setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably managing a boutique team in the fashion or luxury sector.
- Sound understanding of inventory control, POS systems, and retail reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of style and trend awareness, with a passion for high-end fashion and footwear.
