**The role**:
The Operational Quality and Compliance Clinical Manager oversees and leads a team to provide clinical support for Residential and Home Services, focusing on operational quality and compliance. Working closely with the Administration Team Leader, Administration team, and Clinical Officers, they facilitate the implementation of organisational quality and compliance programs to meet the Aged Care Quality Standards. This involves conducting audits and monitoring compliance across Warrigal locations in Illawarra, Southern Highlands, and Canberra, with occasional travel required to these sites.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Registered Nurse with current Registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Proven substantial experience working in the Aged Care industry in a quality or similar role
- Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to successfully lead a team
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution skills and problem solving ability
- Superior verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines with proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated proficiency using computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Understanding of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Current Driver’s License
