About the role

Please only accept this job lead if you work 6 days a week.

This full-time position is based in Croydon, NSW and requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise and a keen eye for detail to ensure the successful completion of projects. The project comprises of 1 underground basement and 3 stories of apartments above. The project is already underway, but still in the early stages. The basement has been completed and we are currently bricking up the walls on the ground floor level.

As the Site Foreman at Encorp Group Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on a daily basis.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and directing a team of construction workers to complete tasks efficiently and to the highest quality standards
  • Marking out, resolving design issues, liaising with consultants and other authority bodies.
  • Organising and allocating work tasks, resources and equipment to meet project timelines and budgets
  • Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the construction process
  • Liaising with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  • Documenting and reporting on construction progress, productivity and any incidents

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience as a Site Foreman or Construction Supervisor, within the residential construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications and drawings
  • Proficient in the use of construction management software and technology
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
