An opportunity has become available for a **casual **Event **Administration role supporting** the receptionist, rostering, uniform & staffing team. This role is pivotal in assisting the Operational Departments while representing our company when dealing with external clients, contractors and staff over the phone and at the front reception and uniform area.

**About Role**
- Efficiently and competently operate the switchboard for calls in answering general enquires in relation to the event, event ticketing, special instructions, and any other company information to ensure accurate information is relayed to guests and callers.
- Welcome guests and clients at the reception counter and ensure they are correctly directed to their appointments and sign-in is made in the rapid global visitor system.
- Welcome casual staff, and ensure they follow all staffing and uniform procedures at the event.
- Manage the cataloguing of lost property from the cloakroom, maintaining and restocking the Red Room, making sure the area is organised, neat, and presentable whilst on shift.
- Ensure the uniform store is clean, uniforms are hung, and team members follow uniform procedures.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a support or staffing role, preferably within an events environment.
- Professional, bubbly, and approachable manner.
- High attention to detail with excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
