At Otherside Brewing Co. we strive to deliver consistently good craft brews and hospitality experiences that bring people together. Our hard work and passion pays off with a slew of frequently bestowed awards and a very dedicated customer base for our core range and experimental beers.

We are on the hunt for a new Full Time Venue Manager who can take our much loved Brewhouse to the next level. Needless to say, our new VM will love serving people and have fantastic communication and management skills to build and lead a team by example. You'll be tasked with being the brand champion of our original venue, showcasing Otherside's spiritual home, it's beers, and love of events.

You’ll be supported by our CEO and form part of the groups core management team and get to work with managers at our other venues Otherside of Nowhere and Freo Social.

**Job tasks and Responsibilities include**:

- Management of all back of house responsibilities inclusive of staffing and rostering, budgets, stock control
- Organising as well as executing functions, events & bookings
- Continually improving the venue with a focus on atmosphere & experience
- Working on the bar and training and leading your team by example

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to work autonomously with guidance and support from the executive Management Team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine desire to build a connection with the local community, including our Otherside Tycoons
- Previous venue management experience
- A friendly, positive and approachable attitude
- Current Approved Managers Certificate & Drivers License
- Must have unrestricted Australian work rights
