**Seasonal Casual Administrator - Staffing Operations**:
**Location**: Optus Stadium & HBF Park, Perth, Western Australia

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented administrator looking for an exciting opportunity at some of Perth's premier venues? VenuesLive seeks a Seasonal Casual Administrator to join our Staffing Operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building, filling, and maintaining rosters for over 3500 staff using TimeTarget and HumanForce.
- Ensuring smooth communication and coordination on event days, typically Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
- Providing administrative support to the Staffing Operations office from Monday to Friday and during event days.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of general administrative experience; recruitment skills are highly desired.
- Exceptional attention to detail and stable recurring availability.
- Confidence in talking to people and excellent communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with technology and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
