**About the Role**:
This role supports the Training and Development team by providing support and maintenance of the Forensicare Learning and Development Systems. The primary focus of the position is to provide administrative support within the learning management system.

**Duties**:

- Update content to align with learning plans, practical tasks, and training events
- Assist staff and learners with using the Learning Management Systems (LMS), including providing training as needed.
- Assist in designing, building and evaluating LMS content and assessment activities per the schedule.
- Manage and support the production of online and face to face training events

**About You**:

- Strong customer service ethic, effective communication skills, and being culturally respectful.
- High level of attention to detail
- Prioritise work and multi-task in a project-based environment

- Excellent IT skills, including the ability to use tools of LMS, Office suite & OneDrive
- Experience managing and administering LMS
