**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Be part of an amazing finance team. As Accounts Payable Officer, you will provide exceptional support involving accounts payable processes to our teams across the business.

In this role, you will be involved in all AP processes, from supplier onboarding through to payment runs. You will process vendor invoices received for all Scape entities and work with invoice approvers to ensure correct coding and to facilitate timely and efficient payment runs. Working closely with the AP Supervisor, you will perform vendor account reconciliation, manage shared mailboxes and participate in day-to-day AP processes, month-end activities and continuous improvement projects.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Officer with at least 1 year experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment.

You will also have the following skills, attributes and experience:

- Familiar with general ledger systems. Experience of working on NetSuite is desirable but not compulsory.
- Familiar with expense management processes and systems.
- High level of proficiency of MS Excel.
- Medium level proficiency of other MS Office products - Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. At Scape all official communication is in English.
- Detail oriented, efficient and organised.
- A self-starter, someone who sees a problem and proactively gets to work on fixing it.
- Confident to question if something does not look right.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, enthusiastic and a team player.
