**About the role**

The position requires a person who can perform both technical work and can build relationships to effectively communicate and deliver results to various levels of staff in the organisation. Working closely with and reporting through to the Finance Solutions Manager, you will be working with a team of specialists who continually provide positive outcomes.

The key accountabilities are not limited to, but include:

- Establish, maintain and improve policies, procedures, work process, internal controls, systems functionality and solution implementation within the Solution team.
- Resolving Incidents, technical problems and service requests within established SLAs while supporting business critical solutions implemented in Oracle Cloud.
- Implement service improvement plans to reduce manual activity in business processes, reduce timeframes for BAU operations and increase overall system productivity.
- Support system integration, user acceptance & regression testing for production changes and follow laid out release management process.
- Design and implementation of new models, systems and processes to support organisational growth and change.

**About you**

You will be a highly organised and motivated individual who is able to identify issues before they arise. You will be welcomed with support and a collaborative team where we all succeed together mentality is at the forefront of our culture. You will also have:

- Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud (either in a support capacity or as a consultant on implementations).
- Experience in Webservice based interfaces, SQL, PL/SQL Development, BI Publisher reports, OTBI Reports development, Workflow customisations, ADFDI techniques.
- Experience in complex Excel modelling.
- Experience in the extraction, analysis, and reporting of business information.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; with a solution orientated mindset.
- Funds management or investment banking experience.
- Finance Software or ERP implementation experience.
