**Full Job Description**:
**TEN Recruitment **have just gained partnership with an Indigenous owned civil contractor to source for an experienced
**Civil Supervisor**. With a newly awarded Tailings Dam project kicking off in the Kimberley region of WA, the position would see you flying from Perth to the Site on a 2:1 FIFO roster. Reporting directly to the Project Manager to assist with the successful delivery of the project.

**our responsibilities may include**:

- Responsible for the management of personnel and delivery of allocated works
- Supervise a Team of operators, ensuring that a high standard of work has been delivered
- Supporting projects as delegated from the Project Manager
- Managing client relationships and projects
- Providing cost tracking details to the Site Admin
- Compilation of daily records
- Lead pre-start and daily allocation of work
- Compilation of QA material and presentation to client
- Leadership role on site for safety
- Client liaison / facing
- _Immediate start_

**Essential criteria**:

- 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience of mine site safety requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills and technical report writing skills
- Ability to create and maintain good working relationships
- High attention to detail with robust problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - in particular Excel
- Experience and sound understanding of tailings dams
- Experience with programming and scheduling
- C Class Licence - Manual
- Relevant tickets and / or solid understanding of mobile plant is essential
