We’re currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Team Leader.

**Key focus & responsibilities**
- In this pivotal role, you will be a go-to point for customer service staff at our one of our busiest national operation. This team is more than customer service they also take orders, liaise with production teams and logistics, deal with complex product enquiries and work in an ever-changing environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing your team and providing practical assistance when required
- Hands-on leadership of a small team of customer service representatives
- Mentorship and development of the team on an individual level
- Ownership and project management of complex customer queries

- Manufacturing/Building Industry background (preferred)
- 1-3 years experience within a Team Leader role.
