We have an opportunity for a Service Centre Administration Team Leader to join our Perth Airport Service Centre on a 12-month fixed-term-contract.
This position is responsible for leading a high-performing administration team to ensure the smooth execution of all service-related administrative tasks. The role supports the coordination of service projects and jobs, manages SAP data and job documentation, oversees purchasing and workflow processes, maintains ISO compliance records, and assists with payroll data entry. It offers a dynamic blend of leadership, operational support, and process improvement in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the administration team, including task allocation, leave management in Workday, and fostering a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
Drive team performance by tracking progress, generating reports, and aligning efforts to meet operational goals.
Facilitate weekly Operations meetings and provide updates to the Service Centre Manager on team activities and outcomes.
Coordinate estimation and quotation processes, consulting with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely quotes.
Support general administration tasks, including daily planner reviews, quote tracking, service email monitoring, and payroll updates.
Collaborate on financial planning, working with the Service Manager to verify monthly financial data and support continuous improvement in estimating procedures.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Experience in workshop administration, job planning, and estimating, with a strong focus on customer service and commercial awareness. Mining or minerals processing industry experience is a plus, and a trade background would be beneficial.
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, with SAP experience highly regarded.
Has strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand technical documents and business materials.
Is comfortable working with financial data—able to prepare reports and support budgeting decisions.
A great team player with leadership qualities, motivated to improve processes and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Committed to continuous learning and improvement, especially in estimating and operational practices.
